Overall experience was such great. The apartment was warm for visiting Chester, it can easily accommodate 12 guests. Location was marvellous and incredible, 10 min walk to bus station.

Great central location, easy to access with a door code. Clean with ample bedding and towels. Hosts provided balloons and prosecco at an extra charge, generous with what we got. Would stay again.

The location of 3 The Gathering was absolutely fantastic for exploring Chester. I was able to easily walk to the races and into town without any hassle. The host was also very accommodating and ensured that our early check-in went smoothly. The communication with the host before our stay was excellent as well.

I really enjoyed how close this place was to the river dee and the nearby Marmalade restaurant was definitely a memorable experience; plus, the prices of the apartment were relatively low.

We recently stayed at 3 The Gathering in Chester for a group trip. The property was amazing, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group, making getting ready in the morning a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby attractions. The communication from the host, Luke, was fantastic and he provided helpful advice on nearby car parks. The house itself felt secure with a keypad entrance, and we were impressed with the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area were great for meal times, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The kitchen and dining area were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. Additionally, the communication from the host before our stay was efficient and helpful.

The doors in the hotel were quite squeaky, which was noticeable with a larger group. Some of the furniture and fixtures in the hotel were worn out and in need of repair or replacement.

The seating area was so comfy, felt like sitting on clouds! The apartment is conveniently located near the airport, perfect for a quick getaway. Loved the view of Albert Dock from the apartment.

Oh, just the small fact that I had to fly all the way to Liverpool instead of landing directly at the apartment itself. So inconvenient!

The location of the hotel is great, being very central and within walking distance of the town center and car park. the kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed, and the towels provided are soft and thick. the hotel's admin team is also easy to communicate with and helpful.

There were some issues with wear and tear inside the property, such as a bathroom door that didn't shut properly and holes in the bathroom wall.
